Sorry to hear that you are planning to return or exchange an item/ product. If you do not find the information you are looking for below, please contact us directly and we will be happy to help!

You can return or exchange any item purchased in store or on our website either by mail or in person at any Cheers Boston location.  We will refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged.  Please note:  Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you are returning an item by mail, please indicate the reason for the return or exchange on the back of your packing slip or receipt.

Please enclose a check for $7.00 to cover the cost of shipping and handling.  Please make checks payable to Cheers, insure the package and mail to:

Damaged Items

We apologize if you received damaged, defective, or non-functional merchandise (either from our retail locations OR online order) and we will do everything possible to resolve this issue.

We request that you provide proof of the damage/ defect in the form of a photograph. (e-mail attachment.)

A replacement will be sent out at no additional cost if proof of damage is provided and determined to be a manufacturing defect or caused by shipping breakage.
